The change in liabilities due to banking business of € 752,281 thsd to € 803,859 thsd is essentially due to the increase in client deposits.
At December 31, 2008, liabilities due to clients from savings deposits with an agreed notice period of three months amounted to € 9,632 thsd (previous year: € 8,977 thsd).
The liabilities towards clients or towards banks does not comprise any large individual items.
