(7) Personnel expenses/number of employees
Personnel expenses increased from € 53,313 thsd to € 56,985 thsd. The increase is primarily due to the acquisitions of ZSH-Group and the TPC-Group, general salary increases and to one-off restructuring expenses amounting to € 1,058 thsd.
