Fresenius shares

For the stock markets 2010 was marked by the economic recovery in many countries but also by the sovereign debt crisis in Europe. Strong economic growth fueled the DAX. Fresenius shares displayed strength driven by excellent financial results and the announced share conversion. They significantly outperformed the DAX. At year end the ordinary share closed with a gain of 44%, the preference share with 28%.
