The disposals of the year under review within the South African subgroup Hannover Reinsurance Group Africa (Pty) Ltd., Johannesburg, as well as the liquidation of Hannover Re Advanced Solutions Ltd., Dublin, which had been inactive since 2004, were of minor significance overall to the consolidated financial statement of Hannover Re.
